22 Oct Drop Scones

Yesterday was a day for pancakesvegan, gluten-free, nut-free, real-food.

Oh, and MOST importantly, DELICIOUS!

You can make these in 5 minutes. No joke. I don’t like to hang around for pancakes!

(Oh , and in Scotland, we call these “drop-scones”). My Dad first taught me how to make these (with flour/eggs/milk) when I was a tiny thing. And he never measured anything. This is a trait I’ve TOTALLY absorbed, but fortunately when it comes to this kind of baking and making, you can’t go too wrong
